The Saturday night music was anything but relaxing. It blasted until 3:00 a.m. I booked a nice room but the noise was pretty intense. a large sum of money was held on my credit card without clear communication! It took a while to resolve this. I didn't appreciate the whole situation

The staff was always helpful and professional. I had a complimentary upgrade to a suite room. The Club Lounge added value, the staff made sure my drinks were available. I thank everyone for the hospitality!
The bedroom vibrated. Soundproofing seems nonexistent. I've been coming here, but it's never been this bad. The authorities need to fix this situation.

The hotel's restaurants offer excellent cuisine with unique grounds views. I enjoyed prompt valet service by Khaleel and Shaji. The club lounge access enhanced my visit. Grace, Carina, and others provided superb service. Staff checked on me and ensured preferred drinks were available. I really loved this perfect service.
Bedroom vibrations from the music were quite loud. The soundproofing needs improvement. This noise impacted the peacefulness.
